- Power to accomplish a task
- Single task, unity is power
- Finding community, affinity, who else is in the space
- Want to participate in power
- Companionship
What are they trying to accomplish
- Inspiration/Spark peoples interest and executer on that
- Set their own deadlines, compromist
- Be motivated
- To Share knowledge
- Best practices
- Validation, for contribuiont to their goals
- Building trust, transparency
- Willing to compromise
- Group is stronger with more possibility to get further, no matter what the subject
- Better together than alone
- Mutual benefit, mutual learning
- Trying to be part of a group and find connection
- They are trying to learn
