Social Media Dashboarding 101

Unfortunately my laptop died the next morning when I went to go post the notes for this track, but here is what I remember.

Aspiration is using an aggregation dashboard called netvibes to keep track of any mentions of aspiration or gunner on any of the major social networks and blogs, also on blog search engines. They find that this helps them keep track of what their community is talking about and what people are saying about them. It also helps them give information back to the community in a meaningful way.
