Bonterra – bought NGP VAN, which bought Everyaction (fundraising/email/etc.) and Mobilize (event tool) and Actionkit (fundraising/email/etc.). And Salsa.
VAN is the cleanest voter file.
Catalyst feeds VAN but also target smart.
Bonterra is “harvesting” – taking pieces of each program and slashing engineering/support teams.
