- Netvibes may be useful tool in listening online (Radian 6 is another option - Facebook is more difficult than Twitter for analytics - Exploratory work reveals questions that need to be asked - Never destroy data - Concept of time is often missing in databases - Time series data is critical - Piwik Analytics may be alternative to Google Analytics (less robust?) - How do I follow a subject/topic?

- 3 questions - max # of questions to ask a user - Klout is overrated
