When you convene people, what are you trying to accomplish

  • Power to accomplish a task
    • Single task, unity is power
  • Finding community, affinity, who else is in the space
  • Want to participate in power
  • Companionship

What are they trying to accomplish

  • Inspiration/Spark peoples interest and executer on that
  • Set their own deadlines, compromist
  • Be motivated
  • To Share knowledge
  • Best practices
  • Validation, for contribuiont to their goals
  • Building trust, transparency
  • Willing to compromise
  • Group is stronger with more possibility to get further, no matter what the subject
  • Better together than alone
  • Mutual benefit, mutual learning
  • Trying to be part of a group and find connection
  • They are trying to learn
