It's a discussion we've been having for years, but progress comes in small steps: how to share calendar and event data between web sites, nonprofits, campaigns and communities. This discussion will focus on addressing core questions and attempting to posit "low hanging" action items for enhanced interoperability.
Questions to be covered include:
- What's working now? What are the success stories in nonprofit calendar sharing?
- What are the emerging platforms and libraries for supporting calendar syndication and aggregation?
- How many different formats to we need to support to "make this work"?
- What are the most immediate steps we can take to increase calendar interoperability?
