Session Description

While accountability is becoming increasingly important in the non-profit world, do traditional forms of tracking and monitoring an organization come at the expense of too much administrative overhead? Are there effective ways of using technology to streamline the process? Are there ways of getting donors to effectively crowd-source the monitoring of an organization's work? Is this information reliable enough?
