Field contributors are busy people in busy working environments. They aren't going to read a manual.

Indaba is software as a service, Global Integrity uses it to aggregate reports from the field, but it is available to other users as well.

Most organizations can't articulate their methodology; software developers often wind up helping organizations actually define an amorphous organizational workflow. That's a lot of work.
