Underappreciated, overworked, invisible until the server's down: SysAdmins are critical to the successful delivery of nonprofit software solutions, but all too rarely have a meaningful say in development dialogs.

This discussion will provide a forum for sharing challenges, productively venting, and savoring SysAdmin Solidarity.
