Some great input for tweaks to the manifesto:

• Have a distribution plan
• Have a purpose plan and benefit statement
• Make sure it's findable
• Use redaction as a tool for information security
• Needs to be portable
• Have a good list of resources and references - somehow make it forward referencing (what future resources use it as a reference)
• Clear stewardship of the content - what happens when the organisation or funder dissapears?

The Manifesto would also be more effective with clearer examples!
