- Overview of design process:
- ID the problem

Imaging idea generation as a funnel:
- Diverge: coming up with many ideas
- As you go through the process, the ideas converge (identify a few ideas that hone in on the problem you’re trying to solve)

Factors: -Lack of empowerment: how do we figure it out? -Biased datasets → building the wrong thing -Budget limitations - Time limitations
