Nonprofits rarely enjoy the in-house expertise to write their own software, which means outsourcing coding work. But external developers provide a range of challenges, from rightsizing solutions to speaking in user-friendly terminology to remaining responsive. This session will explain best practices for selecting and managing external developers and getting the right code delivered.
