- What are the reasons they want to employ? Is that because they need more time and capacity? Is that because they want more stability? Does the non profit need something else that I cant provide?
- Do you contract other people? Most no, but some are a coop or a collective. Sometimes where there is a a lot of work, some people are looking for sub contractors.
- What are you focus on? Delivery or sales?
