What are the plusses and minuses of using tools to do collaboration - what can we do now that we couldn't do anymore. How to build a layer on top of that livestream to get things done. 

Online assembly application - "fishbowl" - skype conversation - lots of people talking - other people are observing and asking questions and contributing.

Get people in various dispersed groups to do assembly-like things. 

Online collaboration also happening to get an organization within a movement to get things going.

Having historical record is important. Can copy and paste chats into notes - making sure there are records, and have them able to be cataloged and searched. 

Concept of prioritization and facilitation of communication. 

It is possible to easily build configurable chat rooms. 
Example - an assembly that is coming up with a list of demands.
