This session is designed for for non-profit staff and techies of all levels who are using OR have some familiarity with CiviCRM and want exposure to specific features AND a chance to ask questions of other CiviCRM users and core team members. Specific topics will be driven by participant interest, but may include Configuring custom data in CiviCRM, Techniques for collecting and exposing data to constituents, Events (attendance lists, waiting lists, discounts, multi-level fees), Constituent-driven fundraising (Personal Campaigns) and Case management with CiviCRM.
